New Employee Orientation is Yale's way of welcoming you to our community. Over the past five years, the program has been the starting point of Yale careers for more than 3,300 people of all categories -- Service & Maintenance, Clerical & Technical, and Managerial & Professional in departments all across the University. Starting this year, post-doc fellows and associates are also attending!

This website is designed with the new employee in mind. We have (we hope) everything you may need to know for your first day, and some great information for the first few weeks, while you get settled in. Feel free to contact us should you have any questions
